By placing an order the Customer hereby accepts the within terms and conditions applicable to all sales between it and the Supplier.
The Customer acknowledges that the Supplier may vary the Conditions of Sale by notice to the Customer.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The Modman reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Defective Goods
The Customer acknowledges and agrees that The Modman is not liable for any loss as a consequence of any defective goods supplied other than to the price for the defective goods. This does not include any postage fees incurred.
Warranties
The Modman shall not be liable to repair or replace goods if the customer has misused the product in any way.
Cancellation of Orders
Orders may only be cancelled by email. If payment has been received, and goods shipped, customers may only cancel an order by returning goods to The Modman in perfect working order.
Returns
Returns for credit of goods supplied will be accepted at the sole discretion of the The Modman. Receipt of purchase must be supplied for all returns.
Returns will only be considered within seven days from invoice date. This only applies to retail products.
