If your system software is not working correctly, or you keep getting error numbers when performing certain tasks, your PS3 hard drive may need replacing. The hard drive can be replaced with its original size, or can be upgraded. If you are a heavy user of your console, or have many profiles, it may be a good option to upgrade to a larger size.
